University of Ottawa Hong Kong Cultural Association
Founded in July 2022, UOHKCA is the only student association in Canada's capital city focusing on Cantonese-speaking culture. UOHKCA’s objective is to regularly host events that showcase the diverse culture of Hong Kong, such as food tastings, movie nights, and games nights, as well as seminars and conferences that highlight Cantonese culture. In addition, UOHKCA aims to help Cantonese-speaking students more easily integrate into the local community, and unite anyone who is interested in Hong Kong culture.
